Stephanie is one of my oldest friends — we met back in elementary school and remained close over the years…and now she is my lovely and talented second shooter! She has worked by my side for the past two wedding seasons and I couldn’t ask for a better assistant! She deals with my freak outs, bad jokes, and puts up with my hangriness when I need to eat. Yes, I said HANGRY.

Stephanie is one of the strongest women I know. She is proud of who she is and who she loves. When she asked me to photograph her and her girlfriend Chris, I was so excited!! It was my first time photographing a same-sex couple and it was AWESOME!! I have photographed a LOT of couples, but let me tell ya — these gals were the cutest! They put up with my silliness and trusted me to capture them in a natural way. They were confident and beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better location and sunset!
