Katie and Chase’s summer wedding in Eagles Mere felt like something straight out of a storybook. Nestled in the mountains of Pennsylvania, their celebration took place on private family land overlooking the rolling countryside, where a beautiful Sperry Tent created the dreamiest setting for their reception.
The day embraced everything I love about summer weddings: warm sunshine, vibrant florals, and a relaxed atmosphere that made every moment feel joyful and effortless. Katie chose a color palette filled with playful shades of pink, orange, and yellow, bringing bright energy to every detail … from the bridesmaids’ dresses to the lush floral arrangements scattered throughout the tent.
After their classic church ceremony, Katie and Chase arrived to their outdoor cocktail hour in an antique car. It was truly an entrance! There was something incredibly intimate about celebrating on private land, where every element of the day felt personal and meaningful.
As the sun began to set over Eagles Mere, guests gathered beneath the sailcloth canopy of the Sperry tent for a lively reception filled with candlelight, heartfelt toasts, and plenty of dancing. The soft glow of the tent paired perfectly with the colorful summer florals, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere that carried late into the evening.
Katie and Chase’s wedding was the perfect reminder of how magical a private estate celebration can be … especially when it’s filled with thoughtful details, vibrant summer color, and a dance floor full of people who love you.
It was an absolute joy to document this unforgettable day in Eagles Mere designed by Kyle Michelle Weddings + Events.
